A Organização foi fundada na Alemanha em 02 de abril de 2006 pelo GM (Grão-Mestre) Hans Remmel e uma equipe composta completamente por treinadores, oficiais da polícia e advogados. O objetivo principal da I.S.M.A. é liderar o mercado promovendo as artes marciais com autenticidade e dinamismo.
